Keeping abusive administrators ...I agree with you. Keeping abusive administrators in check should be the number one priority. Everyone is thinking with their wallets instead of with their hearts and souls. We can all use the money---but my dignity and the dignity of my colleagues is worth far more. Although I currently have a decent human being of a principal who would never try to take away someone's livelihood unless she absolutely had to, I know the horror stories and the dregs that are out there waiting to take her place).
