Didnt catch it.

The way I would rather say it: Union members need to start standing up and screaming bloody murder, en masse, in the direction of ALL those who are selling them out and throwing them under the bus. Their big mistake was in not reacting to the writing on the wall when it first got written.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33431390.post-74419731016361196252012-02-29T21:02:52.894-05:002012-02-29T21:02:52.894-05:00true, pricaro. but it goes beyond bloomberg and hi...true, pricaro. but it goes beyond bloomberg and his cohorts. democrats everywhere - supposedly the friends of unions - are just as culpable, if not more so, especially under Obama's horrendous leadership on education "reforms." And, sadly, much as union leaders may cry "injustice!" now that data reports are getting published, the problem started when quite a few union leaders signed on to having teachers evaluated by insanely flawed VAM data analysis - Michael Mulgrew, to name one. He did a huge 180, to the sound of very little outrage by his own membership, in May 2010, when he let his arm be twisted by NY Dem legislators, when they wanted to make VAM become law in order to please the Obama reform machine and win Race to the Top. Mulgrew reversed his longstanding opposition to these measures, caving to the pressure. Then he went and sold it to members like it was a good thing. NYSUT caved too. Wall Street funders and propagandists wanted this change, big time, precisely because it undermines the public education workforce. And I cant forget to give a dishonorable mention to Randi Weingarten, the UFT's former president, who was pushing these reforms like crazy, across the country.

until members start to stand up against more than bloomberg, lay the blame everywhere.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33431390.post-10915577708951788202012-02-29T20:32:07.357-05:002012-02-29T20:32:07.357-05:00Please foil the members of the PEP and Bloomberg a...Please foil the members of the PEP and Bloomberg also :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33431390.post-38775994004406366642012-02-29T08:37:09.322-05:002012-02-29T08:37:09.322-05:00Picaro,

Maestros, estudiantes y padres son los que sufren.
