    Was it Mark Twain, or someone like him, who once said:

    "There are Litagators, Prevaricators and then there are just plain old fashioned, low down,
    'Dick'-tators".

    When will the Parents of one million NYC Public School children wake up and ask a Mayor and "his Chancellor" both obsessed with being held "Accountable" to account to the last dime for where 22 (twenty two) billion dollars of taxpayer "education funds" are being spent.

    Follow the money, Parents.
