Yes, I do teach in NYC. District 11 and one of the toughest middle schools in the city! Stop drinking the kool aid! Listen...we are all in this together and I hear you loud and clear. We cannnot be at war with these people all the time because then we will eventually lose! No LIFO, No LAY-OFFS..... pick and choose your battles!
ReplyDeleteDon't you realize you have been losing all the time? Will you have to become an ATR moving to a new school every week before you realize "these people" put you in that position? You don't get that "these people" are not in it together with you. I'm amazed that you don't get what that video shows about "these people."
