Join Battle Against More Eva Invasions - Monday Sept 22

We know things are stacked against Eva resisters and SUNY charter authorizers are basically gangsters. These schools are about Eva's political ambitions, not education.

Going to the hearings may not mean a hill of beans in this crazy mixed up world, but for those who show, here's looking at you kid.

Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing is being held to solicit comments regarding new charter school applications. Success Academy proposes to open 14 new charter schools in New York City. Success Academy has expressed an interest in serving one of many districts in New York City. The Community School Districts in which Success Academy Charter School NYC 5, 6, & 7 have expressed interest in opening include 13, 14, & 15.

This public hearing is open to anyone interested in providing public comment about the proposed charter school applications for each Success Academy Charter School NYC 5, 6, & 7. 

Success Academy Charter Schools NYC 5 is planning to open in Fall 2016. Proposed enrollment and grades served are as follows in the 5th year: 675 students in grades K - 5.

Success Academy Charter Schools NYC 6 is planning to open in Fall 2016. Proposed enrollment and grades served are as follows in the 5th year: 675 students in grades K - 5.

Success Academy Charter Schools NYC 7 is planning to open in Fall 2016. Proposed enrollment and grades served are as follows in the 5th year: 675 students in grades K - 5.

Comments are welcome; speakers must register within 15 minutes of the hearing’s start time. Written comments will also be collected at the hearing or can be submitted via email to: charterschools@schools.nyc.gov or faxed to 212-374-5760 within 48 hours after the hearing’s close.
Pursuant to Education Law 2857(1), the New York City Department of Education is required to hold a public hearing to solicit comment from the community in connection with any proposal for a charter school.
