Weingarten to Clinton Campaign: we will go after NNU [nurses union] for endorsing Bernie and there high and mighty sanctimonious conduct...
Our UFT leaders tell us it is tricky going after CSA principals because they are another union. But when the National Nurses Union endorsement of Bernie pissed off the Clintons, Randi jumped in to offer to do a hit on the nurses union.

Sure Randi! That is your job going after your own union members, isn't it? Your presidency is a bottomless pit.

Nobody deserves our respect more than nurses. This is disgusting. If you've ever been sick or injured in a hospital, you know what I am saying. Thank you, nurses.
This just proves to me what I always suspected! Randi will go after anyone or any Union that goes against her own interest or who she feels threatened by. Her job is to protect all unions under the AFT umbrella not to fight against some. No wonder the union movement is dying!
10:36- I agree.
NNU, founded in 2009, represents 3 times the number of nurses that AFT does. I took a quick look at their website- they look like a vibrant, activist union. You can join one of their 11 "Campaigns" or find out about Organizing.
There are 4 ways to "Take Action" at the AFT- including "Subscribe to AFT e-newsletter".
