I love that he comments on how people who don't listen don't care. I wonder just how many people he and the PEP managed to not listen to that night. It certainly wasn't only those speakers, all of whom were ignored.
Thanks for capturing this moment for posterity Norm. As someone who stayed until the final vote, I prefer to remember our power as it was at the beginning of the meeting!
Would they have dared make the vote in front of that crowd?
